Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sanad Training and Consultations website and your enrollment in any course or consultancy service we provide. By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and your registration details are recorded. Course content (lecture links, materials, and exam links) is delivered progressively over the course period specified for that course.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Some courses may be paid in installments as agreed at the time of registration.

3. Certification

Certain courses (including OSHA, IOSH, and ISO 45001/9001/14001 tracks) are filed with our certification partner, Concept M, for accreditation purposes. Issuance of a final certificate is subject to successful completion of course requirements and any applicable exam, and is ultimately governed by the relevant accrediting body's own standards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a registration before the course begins, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the course has already been delivered and any costs already incurred on your behalf (such as certification body fees). We handle cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Course Access

Lecture links and materials are provided for your personal use as an enrolled student. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course recordings or materials is not permitted.

6. Corporate and Bulk Enrollment

Companies enrolling employees in bulk may be subject to separate pricing and terms agreed directly with Sanad at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanad provides training and consultancy services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all course content, we do not guarantee specific employment, certification, or business outcomes resulting from course completion.

8. Changes to Services

We may update course content, pricing, or scheduling from time to time. Material changes affecting an already-enrolled student will be communicated directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sanad Training and Consultations' place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
